All merchandise is sold with the
manufacturer's warranty. No other warranty or guarantee
expressed or implied is made unless extended warranties are
purchased by the customer. These warranties are provided
for the end-user only.
If service is needed on a
product, the item should be forwarded to the manufacturer's
service center as is expressed in the warranty. If you
need assistance in locating the manufacturer's address and/or
telephone number please feel free to call us during business
hours and we will be glad to assist you. Please
do not send items back to The Baby Office to be repaired.
Any items sent to us for repair will be subject to a minimum $50
charge. |
