All of our products are top
quality name brand merchandise, but we
understand that sometimes you just aren't happy with something
you purchase, whether in a physical store or on-line. You
can return most items* for any reason for a refund within 15 days
of receipt.
Returns must be in salable
condition, with ALL original materials and packing. We
must charge a 15% restocking fee (since the manufacturers
charge us this fee), and the customer is responsible for return
shipping. (Please note... we do NOT resell returned
merchandise here on our web site).
Simply
e-mail us to initiate the return process. We will send
return instructions back to you via e-mail.

The
